There’s a buzz in the air and no, it’s not just the sound of construction crews and coffee grinders. It’s the unmistakable hum of momentum.

As The Railyard breaks ground and will soon begin to take shape in the heart of Waxhaw, we wanted to pull back the curtain and share what’s happening behind the scenes and what’s coming next.

We’re Building More Than Buildings

From day one, The Railyard was envisioned as more than just a mixed-use development. It’s a place where Waxhaw’s history meets its future, a walkable hub where local dining, curated shopping, creative offices, and beautiful residences all come together to form a true community destination. And that kind of destination takes careful planning, collaboration, and a lot of heart.

Where We Are Now

The design and site planning phases are largely complete, with architectural layouts finalized with unique buildings that will house:
